Volvich Artyom, at 6 years old, parents arranged sons in the struggle section, where Artem opened up for a whole year. Later, the child sharply went in height, and the family decided that the boy’s sports abilities were better to realize in the game with the ball, so since the age of 7, Volvich took up volleyball. Artem trained at the Children and Youth Sports School, where both teachers and the first fans noticed the potential of a young athlete.

In M, a talented volleyball player was invited to Junior, and a year later-in the adult composition of the Nizhnevartovsk team "Ugra-Samozhmotlor", where Artem played one season.
