Naumov Vasily Evgenievich - Yakut organizer and head of the criminal syndicate in the field of fishing industry. Vasily Naumov was born on September 22 in the Lugansk region, Ukraine. Later, the boy, along with his parents, moved to Kazakhstan. He began his career in the city of Yakutsk. Periodically visited relatives in his homeland. Gradually began to engage in entrepreneurial activity.
Further, in the year, Naumov moved with a friend of Vova to the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, where he later met with Vakhu and Raul, representatives of the Moscow Georgian Mafia, who were sent to the north, in order to prepare the base of the local criminalite and leader of the OPG "Jam" for the promising region.
