For the Republic of Belarus, 1 million tons of oil is a large event that creates the basis for the country's energy security. It is important that our company has learned how to do everything that is planned for a year regardless of oil prices.

We understand that a decrease in any volume of internal operations will eventually lead to the creation of a certain capacity deficiency. Today, both the labor market and the equipment market are open. We must constantly feel new trends. Was the Belorusneft team to open reserves so that not only not to stop on this path, but even more to improve work? Yes, there were elements of basic equipment from the Russian Federation, but the volumes were significantly different.

Taking into account the trends of recent years, we did painstaking work to find new suppliers. They did this, realizing that companies from China or India were also seriously represented in the market, and in some cases even Western manufacturers transferred their plants to these countries. I would say that the year has become decisive in reformatting work. Both for manufacturers in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, which also create certain types of oil equipment, and for companies from other countries.

As a result, we not only found more profitable offers, but also revised approaches to the purchase of equipment. The most important thing is that the crisis pushed us to think and act faster. In a company where approaches to work are correctly built, a good microclimate is created, people do not stand still - they are developing, they are looking for the best. Therefore, we did not lose at least, and from the point of view of the mobility of the company, built into the market, on the contrary, won.

This situation today creates additional conditions for access to the external contour. We expand the presence in the market of the Russian Federation and increase volumes in all areas of oil operations in Belarus. There are different levels of manufacturers and engineering approaches. In this regard, we must be on the crest of scientific and technological progress. And it is very important that in China we did not take some erroneous steps if we simply looked at the first thing that could be purchased in the equipment market.

It would be possible to focus on the price factor, and not on the best manufacturers. But we initially understood that the Chinese market is motley. And the correct step in the work of Belarusneft was to open there the enterprise where our people work today. During the day, they can get anywhere in China, see the equipment with their own eyes. Large companies just need to attend the Chinese market if they purchase equipment there more than once every 10 years, but constantly.

This is the specifics of the oil process - equipment must be bought every year. Our renovation occurs continuously. The peculiarity of Belarusneft is that we are used to dealing with promising and advanced types of equipment, which allows you to work in difficult conditions of Pripyat deflection. Our geological province since the time of the USSR was considered one of the most difficult.

And the fact that you can easily use at the deposits of the Russian Federation is difficult to suit or completely applicable in Belarus. For each deposit that has its own geological features, we must choose this or that technology. And it is fundamentally incorrect to think that Western equipment is expensive and cheap Chinese. Today, all equipment is expensive.

And it is economically beneficial only if the conveyor is established in the work. By purchasing equipment in Chinese and Russian markets, Belarusneft takes into account that it should be involved in the conveyor in full. You must go to China prepared. And we must understand that the Chinese market of equipment, technology works throughout the world. And no one near Belarus and her requests in the person of Belarusneft will reconfigure the equipment line.

The processes of the production of equipment in the Middle Kingdom are conveyor in nature, which contributes to the cost of cost. Accordingly, they are ready to take into account our specifics exactly as much as it is beneficial. Therefore, the task of our technical and procurement services was to adapt the terms of terms to those requirements and standards that exist in the Chinese market.

And this, perhaps, was the most difficult process of building a communication principle. Its overcoming helps to accelerate further work.Chinese partners begin to understand what we want, and this leads to rapidly access to equipment. I can note the serious achievements in the work of one of our subsidiaries - the Yangpur oil company, which celebrated the flight from the date of education and the flying of activity as part of Belarusneft.

The most important result is the discovery of a new and by the Belarusian standards of a large Christmas field. Thus, we immediately increased more than 2 million tons of oil equivalent reserves. Plans for a year with an aim on S are even more grandiose. We will not only conduct oil production from current licensed assets, but also expand the drilling in new licensing areas that will increase the company's resource potential.

The most important project of the coming year for Yangpur will be the construction of its own gas processing complex, which in the future will allow you to load our BGPZ with additional gaseous raw materials. The company "Belarusneft-Siberia" in the year confirmed its worth as a leading partner for the next oil and gas companies of the Russian Federation: Rosneft, Gazprom Neft, Novatek and, of course, Yangpur.

If we talk specifically about M, then absolutely all wells for Yangpur were built and repaired are also repaired by the Belorusneft-Siberia brigades. Why is this proposal a truly unique chance? There, not a single company is equipped with working personnel properly. The participation of Belarusneft-Siberia in tenders in the Russian Federation leads to the fact that an increase in the volume of work can sometimes be spasmodic in nature.

Sometimes we need people who will work in the brigades of this company. In addition, this is an opportunity to work in the north, get certain skills, then return to Belarus and apply them here. However, if a person likes to work in the north, he can stay there. There are people who came to Belarusneft-Siberia more than 10 years ago and to this day continue their business there. There is another advantage: the shift method.

A person, having worked 30 days in Western Siberia, the next 30 days can be at home in Belarus, which allows more rationally to dispose of his time. Yes, it is not easy - daytime work in the north is almost seven days a week. But if a person is physically healthy, psychologically sets himself up to achieve high goals in life to ensure himself and the family, then the Belarusneft-Siberia project is the right path.

We teach people to work professions in our own training center at our own expense. Our educational and methodological base of training is one of the best in the post-Soviet space. A person receives a certificate of the corresponding sample, with which he can then be employed in the market of the Russian Federation both in our company, and, possibly, behind the perimeter of Belarusneft.

In addition, we provide and will expand the possibility of working in Belarus during an inter -carrier vacation. How to explain the fact that during the time the company actually increases volumes in the old oil province? Skills, knowledge, experience, traditions are transmitted from generation to generation. This made it possible to rethink your resource geological base.

I put it in the forefront not just technologies, but people who have managed to master these technologies. The most important thing is that Belarusianneft has not lost specialists. We value each of 27 thousand. And this is undoubtedly the strongest side of the work of our company and its competitive advantage in the market. Since Soviet times, the term “Belarusian school of oil workers” has existed.

The combination of human potential, technology and technology with our serious investments has always given a good effect. What did the year give this direction? Oil was first opened in the year in the Yelsky district. Yes, this was not an industrial discovery, but the very fact that there was oil, indicated that the southern structural and texture zone and geographically it all the Chernobyl areas have the prospects of oil and gas.

The work carried out back in Soviet times led to the fact that in almost all Chernobyl areas - Lelchitsky, Yelsky, Narovlyansky, Braginsky, Khoiniksky small oil discoveries were made. What we managed to produce over the past five years is no longer a step, but a step forward. I would especially note the territory of the Khoinik district, which is almost one of the main oil producing regions of our country.

Seven years ago there were wells there only with signs of oil and gas, and today about thousands of tons of black gold are mined here, and there is every reason to say that this figure will grow. We have done most of the so -called cameral, theoretical work. In the year they began to build a well in the territory of the Lelchitsky district. Even the fact that in the year we begin to build an oil pipe, which will lead from the territory of the Khoinik district to Rechitsky, says a lot.

No one would build such an object if we were not talking about industrial volumes of oil production. What do you see the transformation of gas stations?Given the fact that the processes of transportation of transport are actively underway, we must understand: a person will retain mobility, so it is extremely important to create the opportunity for him to freely move around the country.

The gas station should be a convenient place where you can season the car and it does not matter what kind of fuel - traditional gasoline or diesel, liquefied automobile gas, electricity, as well as purchase related products and catering services. Today at our gas stations we are developing a complex service. The driver should save time as much as possible and be satisfied that he is a client of the Belarusneft network.

Is it also hit the future? We have taken up the work in the market that is just being formed. If this had not been done by Belarusneft, then others would have done. We expect that the solution of issues of electricalization will only strengthen our positions on the market for refueling vehicles.
