Can you already summarize the intermediate results of the activity? Together with the team, we are systematically working. During these three years, we managed to achieve the main thing - to turn the trend of reducing the number of passengers transported and begin to change the stereotype of the tram as an unpopular and unclaimed form of transport. Over the past 2.5 years, we have been growing stably annually in the number of passengers transported.

In general, I want to say that the company operates 24 hours a day a year. In any weather, we transport our passengers. This is a great merit of the team in which more people work. The company is working stably, we do not have wage arrears, taxes and deductions, to suppliers. This year, the administration of the city provides greater support in resolving many issues.

We will completely finish the equipment of all wagons with additional heat guns to create comfortable conditions for passengers in the winter season. There are another 8 wagons left, in the summer in preparation for winter we will complete this work. In the same year, we also plan to complete the program for installing video surveillance systems in the tram to ensure the safety of our passengers involving budget funds.

Since April last year, together with Sberbank, they introduced a cashless payment system. The project is quite interesting for us to install equipment, we did not spend a ruble of our own or budget funds, at the same time interesting for passengers the number of daily cashless payments is growing. And this is despite the fact that there are a number of claims justified by the equipment and claims.

In order to resolve these issues, in addition, we create comfortable and safe conditions for our employees - premises are being repaired annually, we are gradually carrying out measures to reduce heat loss in the workshops - we install new gates and windows. This year, a large range of fire safety works, equipping all production facilities will be performed by fire alarm systems.

The fleet of special equipment for the repair and maintenance of tram tracks is also updated. Of course, the implementation of all these events is impossible without the support of the city and republican authorities. Last year, funds were allocated for major repairs of ul. The issue of acquiring new tram wagons that meet all modern requirements requires a decision, it is necessary to continue the overhaul of tram tracks and in the future to build new tram tracks. And at least one argument can be brought, why exactly do you need to develop a tram? But I will dwell on the most important thing. The tram is an environmentally friendly mode of transport, does not pollute the air.

I do not think that the environmental situation will improve if the number of cars becomes 2 - 2.5 times more. At the same time, it must be understood that benzapirene is a carcinogens, is dangerous for a person even with a low concentration and is associated with oncological diseases.

You can lead a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy food and drink purified water, but breathe contaminated air. Of course, you can’t do without cars, and I do not urge extreme prohibitive measures, but it is important to create an alternative and develop an environmentally friendly type of transport - this should be the task of the state. How did you give such a solution? On the one hand, for many elections, we are tired of the promises of candidates. There were doubts. But I think that it is still better to do, work actively than not to do and stand aside, to criticize.

It is always easier to criticize, it’s harder to do. Do not criticize those who do not work.At the same time, there should be constructive criticism, it helps work, allows you to find the best option. In my opinion, the folk Khural should not be a destabilizing body, should not be in opposition to the government. Unfortunately, on the example of one of the rural areas it is clear that there is nothing good in this.

But blindly adopting laws is also not an option. I repeat once again, there should be constructive work for the benefit of people. In the year he graduated from the yu school with a medal, then the faculty of economics and the administration of BSU with a red diploma. He worked in the administration of the city of Ulan-Ude, the chairman of the committee in the Ministry of Transport and, since the year, work as the director of the tram department.

Last year, he participated in the competition "Leaders of Russia" among managers from all over the country. Almost thousands of managers of different levels took part in it. According to the results, he was among the best managers in the Siberian Federal District. I liked the platform itself, its name "Russia is the country of opportunities." I think this is so. You only need to try and develop yourself.

There will be enterprises - there will be taxes, the budget will be replenished. There will be enterprises - there will be jobs. A person must work, have a source of income, feel in demand, necessary society. The second, even in such a difficult budget of the Republic of Buryatia, it is important to find, albeit not large, but the development budget, budget investments.

Thirdly, these are investments in the younger generation, in children. There should be specifics in the work. In general, of course, the main task is to make life in the district comfortable and safe. With support and together with the residents themselves, I think, I think it is real. For this, there is experience in the municipal and state authorities, experience in the economy, at the enterprise, vocational education and firsthand knowledge of how the working person lives.
