From a young age I was very active, I tried different sports, followed the figure, ate everything in moderation. After the birth of children, like many, I recovered.
I dumped extra pounds using the then popular methods. She ate only kefir and buckwheat, excluded all animal products from the diet. At 24, the body is very obedient, and then, due to age, I quickly achieved the desired result. At 38, I opened my own Svelta fitness studio. At some point, I realized that, despite all my beliefs about the “rules of beauty”, the body suddenly lost elasticity.
I tried to study more in the hall, reduced portions of food. But nothing changed, but it only got worse. Then it seemed to me that the reason was aged. I began to ask questions to the coaches, which I do not do what can be corrected and most importantly - how. One of the coaches made me an individual diet and offered a plan for sports training. All this was fundamentally different from what I did before.
I completely trusted this specialist, as I really wanted to extend my youth, remaining in good shape. Clearly following his instructions, I returned to my desired form after only three months! It was amazing! And after five months of effort, my body was transformed even more! Honestly, now my forms are better than 25, and I am incredibly proud of it! It was then that I realized that age is not a sentence!
You can have a beautiful tinted body at 40, 50, and 70 years old. The realization came that after such a huge work on myself, I simply have no right not to share experience. And after a hundred made mistakes, I realized that there are simply no specialists in the field of competent and healthy work with the body. I began to study this topic deeply, studied with the highest level masters.
She has put new knowledge in practice: she began to counsel already in her club. Gradually, I created my methodology to correct weight and body, which now leads dozens of my clients to the goal. I am a supporter of evidence -based medicine. Therefore, all my nutrition recommendations are scientifically substantiated and proved. Work on weight is not a diet at all, but a competent approach.
