According to the investigation, on September 1, during lunch with Makhalkina in the Lastochka restaurant on Luzhnetskaya embankment, Judge Kondrat offered a colleague 50 thousand dollars for the exception of the United Standard LLC and its founders, as well as the accountant and the release of the ATSs from the list of defendants. The next day, as part of an operational experiment, she made the decision required from her, it was subsequently canceled and informed Elena Kondrat about this.

After that, Elena Kondrat was detained by the operatives, but then released because of her judicial status.
