Apparently, the work was actually hard. Nevertheless, Gafarov rises here to the level of the head of the compressor workshop, after which he goes to a small enterprise. By the way, this is where the Komsomol ticket came in handy. If you remember, membership in the Komsomol was accompanied by obligatory membership fees, and the young specialist had to register in the factory cell of the Komsomol.

They later born two daughters and now Gafarov is already a grandfather - he is proud of his grandson and granddaughter, spends a lot of free time with them and, of course, tells their colleagues about them. From September to May, he works at the IT project. The company had nothing to do with IT technologies-IT in Tatar "meat", so the company was also from the food sphere.

Not to say that the manufacturer was interesting to someone, on the one hand. And on the other hand, he, apparently, managed to establish relations with people, including thanks to the school hobby of football - and not only Dvorov, in his youth it was a real sport.

And not only for the sake of "bureaucratic" games. This is now more or less debugged: the overhaul program is operating, money is allocated for replacement of elevators, “lifting” of basement and casual communications. Even complaints now - not massively current pipes, but on ugly courtyards and entrances. In general, there are clearly more interesting challenges in this chaos of human being than in a well -established business.

And the career staircase moved very quickly - along with the change of chapters: Gafarov for 7 months from the deputy head of the housing and communal services department becomes his boss. Age and experience allowed - 41 years, but it was still an experiment that the mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin went on.

What allowed you to take this risk? Gafarov’s perseverance, subsistence, decency and creativity?
