On this path we are moving. Recently, the Moscow Region radically changed its priorities in how the area should develop. We all understand that the zone close to the Moscow Ring Road has practically exhausted its potential for housing construction. Therefore, the urban planning transformations of the Moscow Region today are aimed primarily at changing the resettlement system of residents.
And how to achieve this? This trend is already felt. Now the emphasis has shifted from the gross construction of housing to the construction of commercial real estate, as well as the organization of trade and services on the first floors of residential buildings. Along with this, office premises, road infrastructure and logistics centers, as well as industry enterprises began to surrender more.
But is all the designed real estate in demand in the current economic situation? The Moscow region is, for example, the largest consumer of non -residential square meters in Russia. So, last year about 7 million square meters were commissioned. The Urban Planning Council of the Moscow Region issued permits to enter such objects in demand by the population as the Two House shopping center in the Mytishchi municipal district with an area of more than thousand.

Of course, at the same time it should not be bad. Therefore, new house -building plants are being built in the region. This is one of the most advanced, modern in Russia and in the world of house -building complexes for the production of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. The project is based on the idea of creating a high -tech production, focused on industrial construction of houses and social -cultural facilities of increased comfort and energy efficiency, with the most wide selection of planning and facade solutions.

Taking into account that the reduction in costs in the construction sector is possible mainly due to the reduction in the terms of project implementation, the effect can also give the use of re -application projects, more modern technologies and materials, and improving the quality of management. For its part, the regional government facilitates the developer with the passage of administrative procedures and thereby reduces the construction time.
The new procedure for urban planning activities, which was established in the suburbs from January 1 of this year, suggests that the deadlines for the passage of administrative procedures before receiving a building permit can be halved. The reduction in income from the construction industry this year cannot be predicted, since the situation in it is determined by macroeconomic factors. The Government of the Moscow Region cannot predict the magnitude of the key interest rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation or inflation.
However, we are realistic optimists, we try to adhere to a positive scenario: we believe that the support of the construction complex of the Moscow Region will stabilize the situation at the end of the year and will make it possible to develop.
