Indeed, as far as I remember, I did not dream of nothing more, except to connect my life with construction. From the age of 13, I almost every day went with my father in objects, and at 16 I already worked in a construction group. Even then, I firmly decided to follow my father’s footsteps, so when it was time to choose the future profession, the question of where to go before me did not stand.

First she graduated from Polytech with a degree in economics and management in construction, then she went to graduate school and defended her candidate in economics. As a result, today I have almost twenty years of experience in design. What do you answer in such cases? You just need to love work, then everything will work out. After all, it’s so interesting: to build houses, to watch how schools, industrial enterprises and entire microdistricts are born before your eyes.

Yes, the work of the builder is difficult, but the fact that you can see its results and your work brings real benefits to people, ”the story pays all efforts. It was so impressed then that I decided to become the same. For me, her career was an example of what if you really want to, you can become anyone. Then I set myself the goal of becoming a leader and went to her. Indeed, in construction it is not enough to be the daughter of the director, you must really earn the chair of the leader.

Do men eagerly obey you? Of course, sometimes I can shout, and raise my voice. After all, for a person to understand you, you need to speak with him in his language. So I am looking for each approach. But I know one thing for sure: men, especially builders, respect only people with a strong character. If they feel in the leader of the leader, they will treat him with respect.

And it doesn’t matter what gender he is. Men are also people, so the main thing here is to find an approach to the employee as a person, and not as a representative of the opposite sex. If we talk about my team, then the male employees have common interests, and we easily find what to talk about. Our favorite topics for conversation are new methods in construction, innovations in equipment, some unusual design developments.

In your presence do employees allow themselves to swear? I don’t know what they are talking about behind me in my male company, but I should appear in sight of how they change in faces, even the voice becomes another. Well, of course, they try to restrain themselves in words, in tone, in gestures. Although it does not seem to me that I am very begging them. There are women, the main designer and my deputy are also women.

They are very responsible and sometimes choose a more correct way to solve the task than the one that men offer. Do you also prefer a construction site to them? When there is free time, I enjoy knitting, love to cook. And whoever says anything, in fact, combining the "non -female" work with household chores is not difficult. In a day 24 hours, during this time, if desired, you can have time.

Including finding time for knitting. What, what, and the role of a housewife is not for me. When she gave birth to a child, she sat at home for a year and a half, but then she simply could not stand it and went to work. What to do at home? Prepare, clean and go shopping? It is possible to die from boredom. It should be interesting to live, and if you sit at home every day, what's the interest in this?

No, such a life is definitely not for me. In addition, there is still such a thing as self -realization. When you have a man who is able to keep you so that you do not have to work, then why not spend all the time on hikes on beauty salons and shops? Many live like that, and it suits them. But for me it is much more important to take my own place in life, and for this you need work in which you could realize yourself.

She has a humanitarian direction. This year she entered the faculty of tourism and hotel business. Then, perhaps, will continue training in the field of jurisprudence. But this is all later. So far, there are no hints that she wants to work in construction. Perhaps over time she will like this business too, but I hope not. Just someone likes this work, and he does not notice difficulties.

The only one I came across is the insufficient number of objects. Didn't you really want to give up my hands? When my father was alive, I turned to his support. Now I'm doing it myself. In fact, any problem must be “sleeping”. You know how in fairy tales they usually say: morning the evening is wiser. This is true. We need to stop and think. The answer will come.

But you can never give up. Whatever happens, there are no hopeless situations.Five years have passed already after he was gone, but I never heard that they talk badly about him. People still remember him as a beautiful leader, specialist, organizer. And I want me to be talked about the same. So that no one can reproach me that I have not fulfilled obligations, said and did not.

Half of Saratov was built by his hands, and now that I took responsibility for the enterprise, I do not want to be said to me someday that I could not cope with her. And, of course, beautiful architectural solutions. After all, our city and the region should be beautiful, and make them so - our task.
