Elena Nailevna her career began in the city of Ufa Swes in the studio. Even then, she dreamed of creating clothes with a national ornament. To this she was inspired by the family of singers of one of the houses of culture, which came to the studio to repair her stage costumes. The seamstresses of the workshop with enthusiasm took up this matter: they finished, re -converted cuffs and skirts - decorated them with Bashkir national patterns and coins.

After some time, Elena Nailevna was transferred to the studio, which specialized in the sewing of Muslim clothing.

The craftswoman tried her strength and as the control network of the Kuturia studio, together with the director, she sold products in network points throughout Ufa. Now the needlewoman lives in the village of Nizhny Lemes, her deceased husband was from here. After moving to the small homeland of her wife, the woman had nothing to do, her friend invited her to sew national bibs and vests.

At first, this lesson for Elena was as a hobby, and when information about the craftswoman of Bashkir national jewelry spread, orders from clubs, nearest rural cultural houses and even from other regions of the republic began to come. In a small light room there is a table, on it, covered with a towel, there is a sewing machine, and to the side there are gently stack boxes with jewelry.

In her work room, the local needlewoman spends most of the time. Sketches for bibs are made by a girlfriend of the craftswoman. After that, everything is transferred to the cardboard, cut out, the boundaries of the fabric are thoroughly glued, and at the end, the product is decorated with stones and coins. Of particular popularity among girls often performing on stage were small handbags on a jacket chain.
