Yunak biography

In the photo: I. Yunak and L. began his career as a locksmith at the Ufa steam locomotive factory. He graduated from Glukhovsky agricultural institute in the year, the F. Dzerzhinsky military artillery academy in the year, then fought at the front. After the war, he worked as an agronomist in the Kyiv region. In Soviet times, it was in order to “transfer” party workers not only from the industry to the industry, but also from the region to the region or the region, and sometimes to another republic.

So it happened with Yunak. In Tula, Ivan Kharitonovich immediately fell into a completely unfamiliar, alien, even alien, if not a hostile environment. As a rule, the "locals" were quite coldly met by "newcomers", "Varangians". But not everyone knows the true reason for their disagreement. Initially, between Yunak and Starodubtsev were very warm, even friendly relations. It was during the work of Junak Starodubtsev who received the star of the Hero of Socialist Labor, became the laureate of the State Prize, an academician, and was elected to the Soviet and party bodies.

But anonymouss came from the Zhellyu state farm, which indicated the facts of the theft of socialist property. Yunak sent these letters to the prosecutor's office. During one of the inspections for the mentioned violations, the brother of Vasily Starodubtsev, Dmitry, who led the Zhellyu state farm, was involved. Ivan Kharitonovich agreed with the prosecutor of the republic on the transfer of verification materials to the regional committee of the party, for consideration “in a party order”.

The initiation of a criminal case against Dmitry Starodubtsev was facilitated by an article in the newspaper Pravda, published on December 10. It was called "rumors in the village" roamed and was signed by two other collective farmers. In the morning, after the publication of the article, the prosecutor of the republic called Yunak and reproached him for violating their agreement.

Yunak biography

He did not believe that Yunak did not know anything about the preparatory article. It all ended that the prosecutor gave a team of the group of investigators to complete the audit in the case of Dmitry Starodubtsev. He was sentenced to 6 years in prison with confiscation of property. After that, a cat ran between Yunak and the future governor of the Tula region. Starodubtsev believed that Yunak could not allow such an outcome of events.

The same thing happened with the second brother of Starodubtsev, Fedor. He worked as chairman of the collective farm "March 8" in the Suvorovsky district. After the audit against Fedor, the case was opened. Vasily Starodubtsev met with Potekhin and asked him to arrange a meeting with Yunak. When Pavel Alekseevich said this to Ivan Kharitonovich, he immediately realized that he wanted Starodubtsev.

At that time, according to the Decree of the Central Committee on the strengthening of the fight against theft of socialist property, checks were carried out everywhere. And Yunak never accepted Starodubtsev. The only thing he did was to agree with the chairman of the court that Fedor was judged in neutral territory - in Kaluga. The Kaluga court found Fedor Starodubtsev guilty of the embezzlement of state property, abuse of official position and official forgery.

Soon Fedor came under an amnesty and was released.
