Ishina Ulyanovsk biography
Tatyana Ivshina: “While I was a minister, I forgot how my daughter looks“ November 30, Culture 0 Tatyana Ivshina Foundation Ulyanovsk-Cultural capital ”Birthday Ulyanovsk Sergey Morozov Undorovsky Museum Today is a birthday head of the Ulyanovsk-Cultural Capital Foundation, twice the Minister of Art and Cultural Policy of the region of Tatyana Ivlinina. What was her ministry and why doesn’t she remember how her daughter grew at that time?
What does her fund do and how does it feel about criticism of it? What disagreements did she have with the former director of the Undor Museum Vladimir Efimov and the ex-head of the memorial Eduard Shabalin? Why did she see the Bohemian Rhapsody? Tatyana Ivshina answered these and other questions on her birthday in an interview with 73online. In February it will be 15 years old, as I am in Ulyanovsk.
The decision was made deliberately. In Kirov, I worked as the head of the city culture department. When I informed the head of the city about the move, he gave me a very smart advice. He sent me on a week on a business trip to Ulyanovsk so that I would look at the city. Because sometimes it happens that you come to the city and feel that you are uncomfortable in it. Before that, I have not been to Ulyanovsk.
I took advantage of advice. Sergei Ivanovich also agreed that I would not come to work right away, and then I lived in the Oktyabrskaya hotel, I had the opportunity to visit cultural institutions, get acquainted with people in the field of culture, and after a week of stay here I made a final decision. What has changed, in your opinion? Someone retired, someone changed his job, but the main backbone remained.
Today they are key representatives of culture and art. I think they have changed first.
They became more independent, ceased to be afraid to do new things. In their work, both traditions and experiments began to be combined. Between the city and the village, more stable ties appeared - this is one of the achievements for me. We worked a lot with the municipalities and tried to impose, in a good sense of the word, cooperation with state culture.
I think that we succeeded. This is a system of grant assistance, which individual creative individuals and cultural institutions that are not municipal or regional can claim both. Now it is happening randomly. We did this in the year and continue to this day, but I would like this work to be more systemic. All representatives of creative professions should be able to implement their projects during state support, and I am sure that they will decorate the artistic poster of the city.
We held the first grant competition in the year. Then the grants were funny - thousands of rubles, but it was a surge in ideas and initiatives, many of them are still alive. Small amounts, but this was enough to support a person in his creative impulse. She really takes a lot of time and effort. Both Evgenia Evgenievna [Sidorova], and other followers I always wanted good luck and patience, the implementation of my own projects and plans.
There is no jealousy. Just two days ago, my daughter had a birthday. And analyzing the path of her life, I realized that I remember everything until 7 years old and after I would not wish anyone ten -year breaks in communicating with the closest person in life. It happened that the work took a day a day. The child is always with a nanny, and on Saturday or only on Sunday you can stay with a child who is studying in elementary school.
It is very difficult. Maybe someone can combine, but I worked as I considered it necessary and possible. After arrival here, I needed only to get acquainted with everyone, to go to each district. I visited almost every city, village, village, in most cultural institutions. But even in 15 years, I could not travee for everything. Plus, the indefatigability of our leader, who says that the minister is responsible not only for the drama and memorial, but also for each rural institution.
What do you think? And how did you react to this? Of course, I'm unpleasant. If you type my name on the Internet, you can read not very pleasant things. My mother is alive, she will soon be 81 years old. It is unpleasant that these things bother and cause certain troubles to my family. Why there are many attacks, it is better to ask those people. I never had a goal to be good for everyone - then you will not save yourself and your principles.
Perhaps that is what I did not like. Usually, an official is a fool, an facial priest, a embezzon. We understand that among officials there is a certain percentage of thieves and bribes, but this does not mean that everyone is like that. Do not take someone else's, do not insult people - so my parents taught me. Do not offend, do not blame if you are not sure that a person is to blame.
Apparently, for people who write nasty things, this is not a value. An open information space allows anonymously, without facts, to insult a person. Fools revenge, smart forgive, happy forget. I have an interesting rich life, many interesting projects, I have no time to do this.I belong to the category of people who are not waiting for them to be entrusted with something, I am used to generating activities myself.
I am interested in living here and now, not memories. What does the Fund do besides the International Cultural Forum? We try to be open enough - in addition to two sites, we are in all social networks, and try to talk about the most significant events. Any organization that receives grants is controlled - whether it is alive, whether there is a product of activity. Over the six years of work, the directions of our activity have not changed much.
The top is a forum. We have been preparing for a whole year and show the best that we have to develop culture. I would single out four areas of our activity. The first is cultural innovation. This is what the word "culture" can be attributed to. Cultural workers, institutions, creative communities. A lot of work is devoted to this direction. Seven forums were called - cultural forums.
We attract the most advanced people and practices so that the cultural community has the opportunity to learn, contact and apply skills in their work. To this direction, we won the grant of the Vladimir Potanin charitable foundation to create a center for social innovations in the field of culture. The second is the development and support of creative entrepreneurs or creative industries.
These are creators who are creating a unique creative product and bring it to the market. Design, fashion, craftsmen, architecture, performing and visual arts, training programs, seminars, communication. We help in the implementation of these projects. A lot of initiatives from these structures - sometimes it seems more than from the cultural community. To support creative initiatives, the first business incubator “Quarter” appeared six years ago.
This year we opened the second in Dimitrovgrad. Now we are launching the creation of small prototypes in municipalities. For example, the youth theater - for two years he was a resident of the Quarter. They did not know how to exist further. With our support, they became a state institution. There was a concept, performances, we helped to register an individual entrepreneur, a monthly poster was formed.
We are very happy when our resident goes into an independent life. However, we understand that a creative business is also a risk. Two years ago, the first art gallery opened in the quarter, but the owner was forced to close it. He realized that the art commercial gallery would not survive in our city, and went to the Internet space. The third direction is international cultural cooperation.
These six years, cooperating with embassies, cultural centers and organizations, we have been making the Ulyanovites to get acquainted with cultures of different countries. For example, over the past year, a lot has been done with the Embassy of Japan. We received a large grant for spending days of Japan in Ulyanovsk.
